Tankers,
We have received reports that there are currently issues logging in to World of Tanks. We are investigating the issues thoroughly and will continue to provide updates as we work to discover the cause.
We have discovered a potential fix to the issue that may help you log in to the game.
- Close all open web browsers and applications on your computer.
- Open the Windows command prompt by selecting the “Start” menu and entering “cmd” in the search text field box followed by clicking the “enter” key.
- At the command prompt, enter “ipconfig /flushdns” followed by pressing the “enter” key. After a moment, Windows will display a message similar to: “Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache.” Once the message is displayed, the DNS will be flushed removing all incorrect entries.
- Attempt to log in to the game.
If this does not resolve the issue for you, player ITDUDE has provided additional steps in this thread that may help.
We will continue to investigate this issue until it is resolved for all players.
