On June 6, 1944, thousands of Allied troops, including the U.S., Great Britain, and Canada, stormed the beaches at Normandy, an event that was the turning point in World War II in Europe. Known as D-Day, it was the largest seaborne invasion in history, opening a second front with Germany, and (with constant pressure from the Soviets in the east) put the fearsome Third Reich on the defensive.

In remembrance of the heroism and sacrifice that took place more than 70 years ago, we have special D-Day themed missions.
